Description: In every generation, there comes a magical time when you become the target market. The music, TV, movies, and pop culture that you grew up with are back, baby. An entire economic system lines up to shout: “Hey, remember that?! You can buy it again!” For those who grew up in the late 1980s and early 1990s, that time is now.

Enter Mighty Action Heroes.

Mighty Action Heroes is the latest release from Mighty Bear Games, maker of the extremely popular Butter Royale mobile game. For their newest game, the theme is 1980s and 1990s action movies — and what better way to launch it than with a game trailer in the style of a forgotten Saturday morning cartoon straight from 1989?

For this project, I was responsible for concepting a squad of new characters and the world they live in, scripting the trailer, assisting in the visual development of the world, writing a show bible for an anticipated animated spin-off, and leading the creation of the social media content of the launch.
