Hello.
I'm an internationally accomplished professional with 16+ years of hands-on experience leading complex projects, programs, operations, and client services across diverse global teams and partnerships.
I lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset and I enjoy building relationships, processes, and teams from the ground up.
I spent 12 years as the Managing Director and co-founder of Percolate Galactic — an independent and Sundance, SXSW, and Webby-nominated creative studio and production house based in Jakarta, Indonesia and Singapore.
I’ve inspired teamwork while managing initiatives — from concept through delivery — for some of the world's most renowned brands, networks, organizations, and funders, including Disney, Paramount, Google, Warner Bros. Discovery, Girl Effect, Meta, and USAID.
An AmeriCorps alum with a background in social work, I concurrently spent 12 years as the Executive Director and founder of Galaktik Good, an organization that combines evidence-based social & behavior change communications (SBCC) with world-class creative strategy.
A resourceful collaborator and Sexual & Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR), Social & Behavior Change Communication (SBCC), Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), and Gender Equity champion, I've been recognized for my advocacy work, public speaking, community building, amplification of BIPOC and LGBTQI+ voices, and impact across multiple sectors, including shaping Southeast Asia’s creative economy.
My combined passions for the creative sector, social justice, and public service led me to Jakarta, Indonesia years ago and those same passions have led me back home, where I’m bringing my impact — along with my unique global perspective and experience — stateside.
I provide consulting services, including project management, business development, creative direction, research, marketing & advertising, relationship management, strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, creative production management, copy & content, admin & ops, and other related services across multiple industries and sectors. Recent clients include GIPHY, Marvel, Ogilvy Paris, Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), Grounded Solutions Network, and Clarion West.

Evaluating the Efficacy of a Social Media–Based Intervention (Warna-Warni Waktu) to Improve Body Image Among Young Indonesian Women: Parallel Randomized Controlled Trial
Body dissatisfaction is a global issue, particularly among adolescent girls and young women. Effective body image interventions exist but face barriers to scaling up, particularly in lower- and middle-income countries, such as Indonesia, where a need exists. We aimed to evaluate the acceptability and efficacy of Warna-Warni Waktu, a social media–based, fictional 6-episode video series with self-guided web-based activities for improving body image among young Indonesian adolescent girls and young women. We hypothesized that Warna-Warni Waktu would increase trait body satisfaction and mood and decrease internalization of appearance ideals and skin shade dissatisfaction relative to the waitlist control condition. We also anticipated improvements in state body satisfaction and mood immediately following each video.
